ACHIEVEMENTS UNDER NATIONAL PROGRAMME ON CLIMATE CHANGE AND HUMAN HEALTH IN FY 2023-24

 

  1. IEC Dissemination:Posters on Heat and Posters on Air Pollution in local language (Mizo) disseminated to all the districts (Sub- Centre and above).

 

  1. Observance of important days under NPCCHH:
    • •      Observance of World Environment Day on 5thJune, 2023 at districts health facilities.
  2. •      Observance of International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction on 13th October, 2023 at district health facilities

 

  • •      Observance of International Day of Climate Action, 2023 in Health & Wellness Centres of all districts, NHM, Mizoram.
  • •      Observance of National Air Pollution Day on 2nd December, 2023 in Health & Wellness Centres of all districts, Mizoram.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Training:Training of Surveillance Nodal Officer on Air Pollution Related Illnesses Surveillance Reporting through Digital Approach (Android Mobile App) and integrating with IHIP Portal organized by state NPCCHH, Mizoram on 29th September, 2023 at DHS, MINECO.

  1. Surveillance:i) Heat Related Illnesses Surveillance Reporting on IHIP Portal done by all health facilities (PHC & above) in all the districts from 1st March, 2023 to 30th November, 2023.

ii) Air Pollution Related Illnesses Surveillance Reporting on NOADS App done by 4/4 Sentinel Hospitals.
