Grievance Redressal:

For effective and transparent settlement of issues and grievances, committees have been formed. State Grievance Redressal Committee has been formed at State level and District Grievance Committee has been formed at district level for addressing all the issues related to RSBY from different stakeholders.
The following are the lists of Grievance Redressal Committees and they are:

State Grievance Redressal Committee Members:

  1. Chairman: Secretary of Health & Family Welfare
  2. Members:
    a) Mr. Samarendra Das, Branch Manager, NIC, Aizawl
    b) Director, Hospital and Medical Education
    c) Medical Superintendent/Director of concerned hospitals
    d)CEO, MSHCS or his/her representative- Member Secretary

District Grievance Redressal Committee Members:

  1. Chairman: Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of each district
  2. Members:
    a) Mr. Samarendra Das, Branch Manager, NIC, Aizawl or his representatives who can take decisions
    b) District Coordinators, MSHSC
    c) Representatives of hospital concerned
    d) Medical Superintendent of each district- member secretary

    Meetings of State Grievance Committee are held whenever it is needed and District Grievance Committee is held every month in each district.
