The Mizoram Health Systems Strengthening Project (MHSSP) to be implemented by Government of Mizoram financed by the World Bank invites proposals to provide the following consulting services and Works:

  1. Individual consultants for State Project Management Unit (SPMU); last date for submission of application is Nov 25, 2020 by 12 noon. 
    1. State quality improvement manager
    2. Procurement Expert
    3. Accounting Specialist 
    4. Community Mobilization Specialist 
    5. Human Resources for Health Specialist 
    6. Public Health Engineer 
    7. Division & Office Assistant 
  2. Consultancy firms to provide specialist services; last date for submission of Request for Proposal (RFP) is Dec 5, 2020 by 12 noon. 
    1. Evaluation of Results based financing & project evaluation
    2. Improvement of clinical competencies in key medical staff including low dose high frequency training
    3. Assessment of Human Resources for Health (HRH) and related policies
  3. Consultancy firms to provide Project Management Services including technical support; last date for submission of Expression of Interest (EoI) is Nov20, 2020 by 12 noon.
  4. Works/ Civil works; last date for submission of Bid documents is Dec 7, 2020 by 12 noon.
    1. Construction of CMO office in Khawzawl
    2. Construction of CMO office in Hnahthial
