Dated Aizawl, the 25th August 2016

NO.A.17014/23/2011-HFW/Pt I : Consequent upon the enforcement of Clinical Establishment (Registration & Regulation) Act 2010 in the State of Mizoram and with the approval of the Council of Ministers in its meeting held on 23rd July 2015, the Governor of mizoram is please to repeal the Mizoram Clinical & Establishment (Regulation) Act 2007 with immediate effect.
