In the interest of public service, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to constitute Mizoram State Council of Homoeopathy and to act as the Nodal Department consisting of the following members with immediate effect and until further orders.

Chairman: Principal Director, Health & Family Welfare Department.

Member Secretary : Deputy Director, AYUSH, Health & Family Welfare Deptt.

Members: 1. Dr. Lalchhuansanga

2. Dr. Lalkhawngaihi

3. Dr. Rebecca Lalnunmawii

4. Dr. H.T. Zothanmawia

5. Dr. Lalchhuanawmi

6. Dr. Lalkhawngaihsanga

Terms of Reference :

1)To maintain line list of all Homeopathic Graduates practicing in the State.

2)To oversee quality of service and recommend critical responses to the Central Council.

3)To report to the State Government on any important matters relating to Homeopathic practices, study, license.

4)To regulate and acknowledge BHMS graduate from outside the State seeking service in the State.

Tenure :

1)The period of 1 (one) term will be for 5 (five) years.

2)The constitution of the members will be made by the State Government.

3)Appointment will be made by the State Government.
