Vice Chairman:Principal Director, Health & Family Welfare Department.

Member Secretary:State Nodal Officer (Trauma).

Members: 1.Director, Health & Medical Education Department.

2.Director of Health Services.

3.Executive Engineer (Building), PWD.

4.Regional Director, GoI, H&FW.

5.Medical Superintendent, Civil Hospital, Aizawl.
