No.G.17011/14/2014-HFW : In supercession of Government Notification No.D.12011/2/2011-HFW Dated, Aizawl the 8^th Oct, 2012 and in order to implement Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and in the interest of public services, the Governor of Mizoram is please to constitute State & District Level Steering Committee on Food Safety in the State of Mizoram consisting of the following members with immediate effect and until further order as indicated below :-

I.State Steering Committee

Vice-Chairman: Secretary/Commissioner, Health & F.W.

Department.

Convener & Member Secy.: Commissioner of Food Safety, H&FW Deptt.

Members: 1. Deputy Commissioner of Food Safety.

4. Representative from Agriculture Deptt.

5. President from Mizoram Consumers’ Union.

6. Designated Officer, Directorate of Health Services.
